I want to install laminate flooring over concrete and need to seal the
surface, is there a material that I can use that will have a minimal impact
on indoor air quality and won't make me sick.

I've research some info on soy based sealants(SoySeal Concrete Sealer and
Waterproofer) but thought I'd here also.
