[Greenbuilding] Sealing Concrete Floor

The installation of laminate flooring over concrete would not be a good
application for Dynoseal or a similar product. These materials tend to stay
sticky for a long period of time, which could cause some annoying sounds
while walking on the floor. You'd be better off with a cork underlay along
with good old fashioned 6 mil poly sheeting. The poly won't outgas and the
cork makes a perfect cushion underneath laminate flooring.

I'd be much more concerned about the toxicity of the laminate you are
thinking of, though.
