I've seen this available at Home Despot.
I just started work on a new house, and the owner is a successful 
insulation contractor. (My boss called him to look at the plans in order 
to give a quote for the insulation, and the contractor decided to buy 
the house...:-) ) I heard the owner say he planned to insulate with 
borate treated cellulose.
Loads of it.
It should be a great learning experience to work for a savvy client.
It will also be educational learning how local builders are conforming 
to the new Building Green B.C. building guidelines.
