Putting together a panel discussion about innovative design, construction
and approaches to affordable housing, both single family and multi-family
dwellings.

This is intended to show people who are doing affordable housing that there
are alternatives to stick-built, Tyvek wrapped housing. That using equipment
that requires energy to provide energy efficiency (heat pumps and air
exchangers) can be replaced by solar and other ways of doing HVAC.

Looking for projects that use unconventional materials, designs, building
methods and are adaptable to a variety of lifestyles (open and adaptable
space use) and flexible for lifetime occupancy (universal design). Any
ideas? Any referrals?
