[Greenbuilding] Tear resistant Crawl Space Vapor Barrier

The poly will hold up well to traffic as long as it isn't punctured by 
something sharp (above or below), even then a few holes aren't a big 
problem and you can always patch if needed. Use 2 layers if you want a 
little more insurance, or a thicker poly, cover with boards for even 
more protection. Use white, so it is lighter when you are crawling.
