[Greenbuilding] A "green", walkable, low-slope roof membrane?

In the age of global warming, it is even cooler to be a cool roof.
(green isn't as reflective) www.coolroof.org
You could use a self adhering MBS with a cool roof surface.
Is this meant to be walked on frequently?
