I'd rephrase that to: "Outdoor combustion air seems like a good idea,
except that there is not a single credible study to support it".
I certainly thought it was a good idea, until I looked into it further,
including doing testing.
Also, let's remember the important distinction between outside
combustion air and makeup air.
