[Greenbuilding] PEX location in concrete slab

     Tie it on top of the rebar.  You want it near the finished 
surface, but not near enough to cause structural compromise.

     PEX is tough stuff.  In large commercial slabs, they tie it to 
the rebar and drive concrete trucks over it for the pour.
