is a must read for members of this Forum because it's author is one of a 
select few that can tell it like it is --- because his monthly newsletter 
doesn't have to please advertisers. There are none, which is why a 
subscription to Energy Design Update (EDU) is higher than most publications.

His "Dos & Dont's" should be weighed against conservation measures 
promulgated by Energy Sellers, Energy Star Managers & other OPEC supporters.
