[Greenbuilding] Green or Leed Certified Cabinet Making Materials within a five hundred miles radius of Mpls, MN

Everyone:

 

We have a project that calls for Leed certified materials for the following:

 

Melamine-white two sided

 

Particleboard

 

Medium Density Fiberboard

 

We can find these materials manufactured in Ore, CA or British Columbia.
Does anyone know of manufacturing resource

in MN, Michigan, or WI,  maybe MO, or IL, that would qualify for this
criteria?
