Hi,
There are no city specific "building regulations", as the UK's "national"
Buildiung Regulations, cover the whole of England and Wales.
Whislt legally speakinmg both Scotland and Northern Ireland do have their
own "Building Regualtions".
This does not alter the practical requirements for "energy efficiency
matters". Due to the European Union Energy Laws, which all the UK laws have
to put into practical effect.
