That's a problem with editing. By taking a word out here, adding one there, 
rearranging, taking sound and sight bytes out of context, one can change the 
entire meaning of what the author originally intended.

An even bigger problem with our media is that editors and editors in chief 
all too often have at least one eye on the needs of advertisers and 
underwriters.

Gil Scott said that the "free" press went down to the full court press, but 
I have my doubts.
