There are a lot of good woodworkers in Hawaii, though, building 
everything from wooden boats, and fine furniture to world 
class/professional ukuleles and classical guitars.

Perhaps if you went to some stores that sell tool to the woodworking 
community, and inquire about furniture makers, cabinetmaking shops, or 
woodworkers' guilds, you might be able to connect with someone who can 
build you doors and windows.
