Heat loss goes by surface area (AEBE).  So said fridge would use 
49.3/21.6 = 2.28 times more energy.  This assumes that the mechanism 
could produce that much cool, and that heat from the mechanism does not 
impact the interior temperature. and that you don't put anything more 
in it, or change out more air.
