Knock on wood(e hulls). Be careful you don't tempt the sea gods with 
what you say there, matey.
A catamaran or trimaran would be much more stable. However, also much 
harder to upright if knocked over. But with sealed bouyancy chambers and 
some luck, one can survive in an upside down multi-hull for quite a long 
time.
They're a bit harder to steer in that position, tough.
And you gotta like eating fish.
Albatross is definitely off the menu, though.

There's also a company which has built at least one luxury treehouse in 
the Whistler, B.C., area, an architecturally designed multi-hundred 
thousand dollar stunner which, if built on land, would still be featured 
in architectural mags.

Historical trivia: Her Nibs, Queen Elizabeth, was staying in a treehouse 
in Africa the night she learned her father The King had passed away.
