[Greenbuilding] need help with sorting out grants

Hi all,

We are building a well-insulated house in northern California: 1600sf, 
passive solar design (of course), walls are 2x10 filled with cellulose 
(R-29), roof is 7 inches of foam (R-45).  This is well beyond code for 
our area.  I'm trying to research whether we qualify for any state or 
federal grants or other incentives, but I'm finding these things hard to 
locate.  I was able to track down incentives for solar electricity, but 
not much else.

If someone could point me at a good resource, or preferably a person in 
California who could help me sort it out, I would greatly appreciate it.
