Hi, over here in Europe, and in the England in particular, from 1st June
2007, if you want to market (for sale or rent) your home or commercial
building, it must have an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) prepared by a
Government Qualified and Certified "Energy Assessor".

No EPC and it will cost you $1000 in fixed fines for marketing illegally.

More news as it breaks.... meanwhile all the reallators have had to go back
to state collage, for the new exam,.. oh damm what a shame....
