Greetings Everyone!

As the rain is ending and we dig ourselves out of the mud, our thoughts
may be turning to doing something fun for the weekend...
What about coming to the first annual Midcoast Sustainable Energy Expo!

Where is it?   At the Damariscotta YMCA.  Located next to the Great
Salt Bay School at 525 Main St.

When is it?   Friday April 20th 12:00 - 6:00 pm  and Saturday April
21st 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.   (this weekend)

Why should you go?  There are many reasons including; finding ways to
reduce your energy use and save $$$$; reduce your impact on the
planet; demonstrate your support for alternative technologies and green
solutions to our energy needs;  participate in a workshop (we have two
rooms every hour for both days);  compare 7 different Hybrid cars and
test drive some; if you lost power,  maybe you are thinking that a
solar back up system would be nice; and its more fun than pumping out
the basement!

Is carpooling encouraged?  Of course it is!

What does this great event cost?   ABSOLUTELY NOTHING  Its all free!

Any food?  We will have catering provided by L'Acadie.  They specialize
in local, organic, seasonal foods.  It's delicious!

I have questions, who should I call?  email is best
midcoastgreencollaborative at gmail.com or you can call the Expo Manager
Carob Arnold at 380-5129  (he is very busy so email if you can)

We hope you can come and share this great event with us.  Please
forward this email on to people that you know, who might be
interested.

Thanks from all of us at the Midcoast Green Collaborative and the
Midcoast Sustainable Energy Expo
