One also need to note the many grades of putatively designated 15#
felt--apparently what passes these days is not the same stuff used in the
Good Old Days.

Which is why we've gone to 30 lb. felt for something like the last 20 years.
It wasn't long after Tyvek hit the market and we'd used it a half dozen
times that we began to have major concerns about continuing to use it.
