[Greenbuilding] Windows - double hung

I used Inline Fiberglass (http://www.inlinefiberglass.com/) in order to 
get the single hung windows I wanted for my Colonial design. They also 
make a double hung, but  I felt we would rarely open the upper sash, and 
the fixed upper sash could be made more air tight.  I have been quite 
happy with them so far
