[Greenbuilding] The beauty of STEEL FRAME WINDOWS.............?????

Perhaps you are saying you're going to keep the windows? The magnet
trick will not outweigh the steel frames (I've never seen thermally
broken steel windows, and even thermally broken aluminum windows merely
brings them into the "pretty miserable" category, generally). I would
probably replace those windows.
