[Greenbuilding] please eliminate redundancy!

hi all,

so sorry that this should be my first contribution to the list, but i  
must make a request - i live off grid and read the list via my cell  
phone - which means i frequently must wade through several pages of  
tiny, quoted text as slower-than-dialup speed! therefore i would  
greatly appreciate it if people could delete quoted text except where  
necessary. i know it's an extra step, but for those of us without a  
desk job, or even a desk, it would cut wasted minutes out of my day.
