[Greenbuilding] [BULK] LEED test

I still have my collection of LEED sample tests, and I have been filling
about one request a week.  Some of the material is dated, because it
applies to LEED 2.1, however the building science should still apply,
and  there is other material that has been updated to LEED 2.2.  I
didn't author it, just collected it from various sources.  Can't publish
it on a webpage because I am not the author, but I can certainly share
it one on one.
