[Greenbuilding] Sealing in VOC's

I am inclined to agree with you. On one job we put a VOC-sealing paint
on OSB, I believe, and the place smelled for months. I am skeptical. I'm
inclined to say, let the materials off-gas (if you haven't avoided VOC's
to begin with), and THEN seal the wall. Since, after all, we all have
PLENTY of time on our building projects to add an extra month here or
there...
