I don't think you have as much to worry about with respect to moulds
on the clay paints. They can absorb and release moisture, reducing
their ability to create ideal growing conditions. Of course when it's
on drywall, that is more of an issue than the paint. Putting it on
plaster will allow the entire wall system to transpire moisture.
Scrubbable? I've had no issues, but I haven't had my 4 year old
daughter take a crayon to it yet. I think from a residential
perspective, you won't have issues. I've spec'd it for a doctors
clinic, but it was a detail piece and out of fingers way.
