[Greenbuilding] Prefab/modular green-built home

I am looking for a manufacturer that produces single family green-built
prefab/modular homes. I would like to put one in South Carolina so a factory
close to there would be preferable to reduce transportation costs. So far I
have found Michelle Kaufmann Designs http://www.mkd-arc.com/ and PowerHouse
http://www.powerhouse-enterprises.com/index.html thanks to some previous
posts.

If anyone knows of another manufacturer, I'd greatly appreciate knowing how
to contact them.
