[Greenbuilding] Prefab/modular green-built home

I don't know of any good, comprehensive website that has collected together
all the various prefab and modular manufacturers, but sites like Treehugger
(http://treehugger.com), Jetson Green (http://jetsongreen.com), and
Inhabitat (http://inhabitat.com) have frequently posted about prefab, and
looking through their archives may turn up some useful information (and lots
of inspiration).
