I can't recommend a cheap energy modeling program, because I don't know
of one. Anyone else have any suggestions?

 Do you recommend a software program for modeling energy conservation

production options for the performance of buildings?

I did find a source of bin data from ASHRAE.  However it was going to
cost 
me money.  Therefore, I would like to survey my other options.
