Energy 10 and Energy Gauge are popular. Can't remember the costs or
sources--one may be from www.sbic.org. Also BEES is free from NIST
(www.nist.gov).

I can't recommend a cheap energy modeling program, because I don't know of
one. Anyone else have any suggestions?

Importance: Low
Lawrence Lile wrote,"The technique that you are looking for is called
"bin
data". In the 1980's this was a commonly used technique, but it is
falling
out of favor as more powerful computer programs get cheaper. "
Do you recommend a software program for modeling energy conservation
and
production options for the performance of buildings?
I did find a source of bin data from ASHRAE. However it was going to
cost
me money. Therefore, I would like to survey my other options.
