[Greenbuilding] [BULK] night insulation for windows savings

The simplest free decent energy modelling software is HEED, I believe. 
It's quite impressive, but you will run into it's limits as you push 
into it. It's being updated as we speak, I've shared some ideas with the 
author, who may be including geothermal and some other new features. I 
have tentatively decided it's not going to be what I want it to be for 
quite a while, but I haven't found the perfect thing, either! For small 
or intermediate size mid-complexity projects, it might be perfect. Play 
with it, it's pretty fun and has a comparatively short learning curve.
