[Greenbuilding] Heat loss calculations (help wanted)

Hi all,

I'd appreciate some help/comments with this heat loss calculation.

We have drafts from ventilation grills, behind our heating units. I've been taking some temperatures:

Date,                        12/10,  12/11, 12/12, 12/15, 12/16, 12/17        
Outside temp,           50,       48,       60,       39,       42,       33       
Apartment Temp,      70,       70,       72,       68,       67,       67     
Building hall Temp,  76,       75,       76,       73,       74,       70    
At draft point 1,        54,       50,       61,       40,       45,       36      
At draft point 2,        58,       52,       63,       44,       50,       44

I'm not sure how to go on from here, do I need to measure the amount of air coming through the drafts points??

I'd like to get some calculations done to show our building owners, as well as other buildings in this area, it seems that many building have the same issue.
