Wait a  minute - you'd rather pay $2650 and get $800 back (total: $1850) than 
pay  $1100 and get nothing back?


the Leibherr is more energy efficient also
the Conservs are out of stock currently in this country (except for a close  
out on black)
 
plus the house would not get its Energy Star rating without a certified  
refrigerator !! (hard to quantify that in dollars)
 
yes, I know the numbers are weird <g>
