I planned to put in ceiling fans; but they didn't fit in the initial 
budget.  I don't miss them.  The only issues I had with air quality was 
4 years of excessive moisture (from timbers and other construction 
issues).  I have an open plan house, and your  climate and circumstance 
may vary, of course.  You might wait to see if you need  them.
