Hi Corwyn,

This is a high thermal mass apartment block (105
apartments) and yes 75 degrees is around the
average temperature for the last few weeks

> Are you getting sufficient breezes at night (induced or natural)?

No. As well as less cool nights the air has been quite still.

But the point I was trying to make in my earlier
post was that you can get used to consistent
temperatures outside what you would think was your normal comfort range.

Because it has been consistently warm this summer
the average temperature in our apartment has been
several degrees higher than a 'normal'
summer. An unexpected effect of the consistency
is that we have run our air-conditioner less than
usual and have been sleeping well with just a sheet.

I'm remarking on this because I have seen many
posts saying that bedrooms need to be quite cold
at night for good sleeping conditions. This
'need' is inconsistent with a tight, well insulated high thermal mass building.

I've spent most of my life in poorly insulated
houses (think California bungalow) with cold
bedrooms most of the time and a few summer nights too hot to sleep.
