[Greenbuilding] SIPs vs. fix/improve the roof/ceiling

There is an interesting product line that I ran across on line called 
roofhuggers http://www.roofhugger.com/.  I've never used them but decided to 
keep them in mind for someday that I might want to add a roof and perhaps 
insulation over an older one.
