[Greenbuilding] SIPs vs. fix/improve the roof/ceiling

I'm not sure this product would be of any use in standard mid-atlantic
residential wood-frame roofs with composite shingles, but it certainly
could be useful for some commercial reroofing applications. I'm not sure
it would be the greenest choice there, though with an added radiant
barrier it could really reduce heat gain, I imagine.
