Did you get an answer to this? The answer is yes. It is becoming a
big concern because drugs are not removed in municipal water
treatment either, resulting in high concentrations of hormones (from
birth control pills), tylenol, etc. in output water. That's causing
high mutation rates in fish, for example. The municipal systems were
just set up to deal with bacteria, not chemical contaminants. So,
depending on what meds you are taking and whether you are downstream
from any cities, the hose bib water may or may not have less of these
chemicals than your pee :).
