[Greenbuilding] where in the USA to relocate?

Minnesota has some good incentives for wind and geothermal homes (not sure
about solar). Economy is good. I like winters with a lot of snow so
Minnesota is perfect for me, but lately our winters have been relatively
snowless, which sucks.
