[Greenbuilding] Green real estate market

Steve, I just paid the bill on blowing cellulose into the side walls and
attic of an old house we are remodeling: cost $395. I did the work myself
but this is still less than the cost of one new window and will pay for
itself in perhaps a year in heating and cooling savings as well as make the
house vastly more livable and therefore more sellable.
