[Greenbuilding] Green real estate market

No details, but I did not push the subject.  I'm talking to appraisers in
the area now to see what they have to say.  I've already had one appraiser
tell me that it is better to put the extra money you would spend on a
Geothermal system in the bank and let it gain interest.
