[Greenbuilding] Book recommendations

Primer on Sustainable Building. The book has gone through several editions
and believe it or not is still in print. You can order copies through RMI
or Amazon. It no longer has a spiral binding, architects and builders
seemed to love the binding because it could lay flat on a drawing, but
bookstores hated it.
