[Greenbuilding] Container Prefab buildings

Hello,
There has been lots of ideas kicking around using shipping containers
for buildings. Try www.treehugger.com It's a great blog and search
container prefab, and you will come up with a huge list of
interesting projects. My favourite is a 6 storey office for a
container company in Europe. There is a huge glut of these things on
the seaboards of North America. If you live close, they can work for
you, however shipping them inland can be costly.
