[Greenbuilding] Books quick question

Susannah, the one resourse that remains current and continually updated is
Home Power Magazine. They have a set of disks of all the back issues in .pdf
form that is searchable and includes many other topics such as straw bale
construction, electric cars etc. At $25/year it is probably the best
resource available and with a two year subscription, they send the Best of
HP CD. I think single handedly HP has done more for renewable energy than
any other organization.
Much of the knowledge we've gained over the last thirty years has changed
the emphasis in renewable energy to building efficiency instead of the huge
south windows you will find in out-of-print 1970's books. Also many of the
thermal storage stratagies (i.e. Thromb walls and double envelope houses)
have been discredited. The emphasis in photovoltaics has shifted away from
battery based systems to grid-connections. I'm trying to put together a
similar list of updated solar resources for a renewable energy library.
Could you send me a compilation of the books that were referred on to you?
Thanks.
