[Greenbuilding] [BULK] Question about appliances

Thanks. I did check into this. Our local electric co-op (PEC) as far
as I can find out, only gives rebates on HVAC systems if you replace
the entire unit with new. We will be adding more ventilation,
dehumidifier, but these aren't eligible. We don't have plans to
replace the whole system at this time.

And unfortunately, we are moving OUT of Travis County into
Williamson. Travis is much more friendly towards energy-saving
appliances and greenbuilding and such. AFAIK, Williamson offers no
rebates for anything. If anyone here knows differently, I'd love to
hear about it.

And the City of Leander, well, let's just say they are not much
interested in the "green thing."

utility gives a rebate for buying energy star rated appliances.
