[Greenbuilding] OSB or sheathing

Hello,

I'm still working on building a green garage and have a new builder.  We have 2 options for wall panels:  either sheathing that has 50% recyc sub siding or OSB.  Which holds up to moisture better?

We're using reused trusses from the area with Ondura shingles and a unislab foundation with permeable concrete slab.
