Not that one but they also have a smaller one "counter top" one:

Our YMCA has a small one for drying your swim suites - it does take
a sopping wet swim suite and in ~10 seconds or so make it quite dry
(still a bit damp). Swim suites are usually nylon of something that
dries quickly anyway.

Like the top loading washers they come in all sizes, some are quite
large. But I don't think there is any inherent restrictions that
make the front loaders smaller. But the specific dimensions may be
different for the capacity - it seems to me that the front loaders
are slightly deeper.

I bought the Kenmore HE5 which is 3.8 cubic ft capacity - that seems
to be as large as the largest top loaders.

What it does is use way less water - the top loaders fill the drum
with water a couple of times during the cycle. These front loaders
don't, they use just a bit of water (maybe 1/3 of the drum).

It also spins the clothes much drier than my old top loader; like
having the spinning drier build in. This is useful because I line
dry whenever possible.
