Modern hot tubs have lots of insulation. You might do well to buy one and 
heat it with some evacuated tubes and a separate high temp water store or a 
solar DHW system. The hot tub thermostat could turn on a pump to circulate 
water between the tub and the water store when the tub requires heat.
