Yes, Great news. Slowly, gaining momentum.

I think they should give the $1,000 rebate (!)  for the drain heat
recovery and the $150 for solar water heating.

Reasons:

By installing a drain heat recovery device:

* Everyone would benefit immediately from fuel/hydro savings
* If converting to solar, 1/2 the panel infrastructure, that's worth a
$1,000 right there (correct me if wrong)
* If converting to tankless, 1/2 the current demand, savings on potential
service upgrades
* If replacing conventional tank, 20-30 gal instead of 40-100 gal
