The annual resource guide is posted to the TLS web site www.thelaststraw.org
and will soon be updated in print and web site formats. A supplier for a
straw bale wall panel system is listed under Alberta, Canada. There are two
builders (one from Canada - now in Arizona, one from Colorado) who are also
doing straw bale wall panel systems on a project-by-project basis. Articles
about their designs and methods are available in back issues of TLS.

Your subscription helps us keep publishing The Last Straw journal and
recording the most current developments in strawbale and natural building.

Bruno,

Straw bales are used as the core. The exterior and interior panels are
plywood. Can be plastered - or could be wood siding (not vinyl or other
toxic or plastic products, please). I do not believe that these panels are
"glued" together. The supplier can give you the details. See reply to Steve
(above) for information about supplier and TLS articles.
