On a similar note, I'd try using some of the byproduct of the biodiesel 
making process, glycerin. Most of the folks making biodiesel are hard 
pressed to get rid of it. One friend who makes biodiesel gives it to auto 
mechanics to clean their floors and they say it's the best thing going for 
such an application. Straight biodiesel would work too but it's $3.00/gallon 
and the glycerin would be free.
